Our mission
Make AI interactive fiction accessible, infinite, and actually good. No walled gardens, no 20-step onboarding, no templates pretending to be stories. You pick a world, the AI Game Master runs the table.
Why Scenyo exists
We grew up on text adventures, choose-your-own-adventure books, and tabletop RPGs run by a weekend DM. They were magic — and painfully finite. You'd finish a book in an hour. A TTRPG needed four friends and a calendar. Most "AI games" today quietly loop the same 3 endings.
Large language models finally made the real thing possible: a Game Master that listens, remembers, improvises, and doesn't need a session zero. Scenyo is our attempt to give that experience to anyone who can type a sentence.
What we care about
- Story quality over novelty. We test scenarios for hours. If an ending is boring, it doesn't ship.
- Consistency. Characters, stats, and consequences carry across long sessions. If you named that stranger on turn 2, the Game Master still knows their name on turn 40.
- Mobile-first. Most players will play on a phone on a bus. Every feature is tested there first.
- Fair pricing. A free tier that actually lets you play. Paid plans for folks who want longer runs and more scenarios.
- Your data is yours. Stories you play are yours. You decide what's public.
The team
Scenyo is built by a small team of writers, game designers, and AI engineers. We've shipped products at indie studios, worked on interactive fiction tools, and spent a suspicious number of late nights tuning Game Master behavior until it stops making things up.
For now we operate as The Scenyo Team. We'll introduce ourselves properly at launch.
