This Privacy Policy describes how Scenyo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit scenyo.com (the "Site") or join our waitlist. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Email address — when you join the waitlist or contact us.
  • Referral codes and counts — to operate the referral program.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed, collected automatically via server logs.
  • Analytics data — anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4 (where enabled) and Meta Pixel (where enabled).
  • Contact-form content — the name, email, subject, and message you provide.

  • To send waitlist confirmation emails and launch announcements.
  • To track and reward waitlist referrals.

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers — email delivery (PHPMailer via SMTP), analytics (Google, Meta), hosting. These parties may only use data to provide services to us.
  • Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS, password hashing, rate limiting, prepared statements, CSRF protection. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique email password.

10. Children's privacy

Scenyo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
