These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of scenyo.com and related services provided by Scenyo ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or join the waitlist.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Scenyo product when it launches. We reserve the right to set eligibility criteria, change launch timelines, or remove waitlist entries that appear abusive, duplicative, or fraudulent.

3. Referral program

Referrals are tracked via a unique code generated at signup. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, bot-driven signups, disposable email farms) is prohibited and may result in removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of any perks.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site.
  • Circumvent rate limits, CSRF protection, or authentication.
  • Scrape, mirror, or rehost Site content without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Scenyo or licensed to Scenyo and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User submissions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you send us are non-confidential and may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

7. Third-party services

The Site integrates with third-party services (email delivery, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scenyo and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Scenyo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
